2. What you see is what you got. Mind that colors might be slightly different due to monitor resolution and flash from camera.The actual products are usually look nicer than in the picture.
3. Products sold are not returnable nor exchangeable for another item.
4. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order is accepted and no refunds will be given.
5. We only allow customers to exchange sizes or if there is a defect found on the product. Please read our exchange policy before doing any exchange.
6. Please contact us via email or sms before doing any exchange, providing us your order no., name, contact no., reason for exchange, image of defective item, we will seek the best solution to help you solve your problem.

Exchange Policy
- All exchange items must be in their original condition (unused and unwashed) and in their original packing.
- Our terms of definition for defects includes manufacturing defect, large area of dirt, decoration of clothes is missing.
- Exchanges must be made within period stated after discussion.
- Additional shipping fee will be bear by babyicononline if it's caused by direct error of babyicononline (eg. manufacturing defects, ship the wrong size/color), otherwise are to be bear by buyer(s) (eg. exchange size by buyer).
Conditions that are NOT under Exchange Policy:
- Misuse or mishandling of product
- Incorrect storing method, eg. in damp environment
- Exposure to too high or too low temperature
- Any alteration done to product
- Dirt cause by food and drinks
- Any exchange done without contacting our customer service
- Any product returned with incomplete packing and accessories
- Tag was removed and wore item
- Exceeded exchange period, small area of dirt, washed
- Products not purchased from babyicononline.
